The Tatiara District Council maintains aeroplane landing areas located at Bordertown, Padthaway and Keith. Pilots should contact the Council Office to obtain details of strip conditions prior to departing for the Tatiara.

The Royal Flying Doctor Service regularly use the Bordertown and Keith strips.
Bordertown opened a new onsite Patient Transfer Facility in August 2025 for use by the Royal Flying Doctor Service and SA Ambulance.
Bordertown is the home of the Bordertown and Keith Gliding Club. This strip is also occasionally used by sky divers from Adelaide.
