Council holds an Australia Day Ceremony annually on a system of rotation between the principal Tatiara Towns. This rotation system commenced in 2000 with Bordertown and will proceed with the following towns; Keith, Mundulla, Padthaway, Willalooka and Wolseley.

The next Australia Day Celebrations will be held at Mundulla on Sunday 26th January 2014.
